JDS Properties was founded in 2003 in Memphis, Tennessee, and has been operating full-time in the St. Louis market since 2009. When we made the move to St. Louis, many of our original Memphis crew members relocated with us and continue to work alongside us today, providing consistency, experience, and dependable workmanship on every project.
Approximately 80% of our work is performed for real estate investors, and the majority of those clients live out of state, so we are highly experienced in managing projects for clients who live remotely. We operate four full-time crews working on single-family homes, multifamily properties, and commercial buildings. Most work is completed in-house, with specialized trades such as plumbing and electrical subcontracted as needed. JDS Properties is fully licensed and insured and can pull permits in both the City of St. Louis, St. Louis County and surrounding areas. JDS Properties successfully renovated 30 properties in 2025.
