John Skaggs began JDS Properties in 2003 and has been going strong ever since. A licensed real estate professional with Welcome Home Realty Group, John has bought and sold roughly thirty properties every year since founding his company. He also has experience with both property management and real estate photography. John is a Saint Louis community member, and strongly believes that renovating homes is one of the ways he can give back to this community. John recently married his longtime girlfriend in May of 2022, and his son currently attends college in Raleigh, North Carolina. In his spare time, John enjoys hitting the golf course and playing the drums.
